3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the secure checkout system.

4. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- We deliver across the Republic of Ireland.
- Standard delivery times are normally 2–5 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods.
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
5. Refund & Returns Policy
- If you receive damaged, incorrect, or faulty goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once packaging has been opened unless the item is defective.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion once we have reviewed the issue.
6. Lowest Price Guarantee
- If you find the same product cheaper online in Ireland, we will refund you the difference.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of the lower price.
- Applies only to identical products available for delivery in Ireland.
